Maria Quercio is a friendly and highly organised Receptionist and Administration Officer who is often the first point of contact for clients and visitors. With a professional and welcoming manner, Maria answers incoming calls, greets clients, and ensures all enquiries are handled efficiently and courteously. In addition to front-of-house responsibilities, Maria provides reliable administrative support across the business, including organising and scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails. Maria is responsible for maintaining office records, and the digital filing systems as well as assisting the team with day-to-day office operations. Known for her strong communication skills and attention to detail, Maria helps ensure the office runs smoothly and presents a positive, professional image at all times. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, volunteering, walks and travelling.
